Well Connected Business Equipment commenced business in 2006 and has quickly established a loyal client base as we offer a unique service to office equipment users.

While established dealers tend to be very customer focused, they often do not service the machines properly as their profit is derived from providing as few parts and consumables as they can possibly manage - which adversely affects machine performance.

The equipment manufacturers on the other hand, tend to service the machines to their exacting standards but do not always treat the customer with the same level of care.

We offer the customer a unique blend of our customer focus while using the manufacturer to provide service on our behalf which gives our customers “the best of both worlds”

Our customers range from SME’s to Multinationals who are looking to improve their document production, transmission, storage and retrieval while reducing costs.
