COVID-19 and the Delta variant continues to receive significant media attention as the rising number of confirmed cases increases across Australia and worldwide. With this in mind Well Connected has implemented a number of precautionary measures to remain vigilant, including the planning of our remote services and how they will support our customers if future lockdowns should be imposed. Our Online Technician Support and Toner Valet services will make sure that any printer breakdowns or toner/paper shortages are taken care of, by utilising our unique QR Code and FM Audit Systems. This reduces the movement of our technicians and allows us to contact customers via our QR code to triage any issue.
