COVID-19 and the Delta variant continues to receive significant media attention as the rising number of confirmed cases increases across Australia and worldwide. With this in mind Well Connected has implemented a number of precautionary measures to remain vigilant, including the planning of our remote services and how they will support our customers if future lockdowns should be imposed.
This reduces the movement of our technicians and allows us to contact customers via our QR code to triage any issue.
This process helps to reduce and eliminate calls that can be remotely fixed and to ensure we have diagnosed potential problems before we visit… establishing that we have the required parts or consumables prior to any visit.
Additionally, if your copier is running FM Audit, we can easily track and supply toner and paper to you before your copier is empty, saving you the time and hassle of finding replacements.
With these remote support services we are best prepared for any potential outbreak… in which case it’s business as usual.
Our Continuing Response
In order to provide a robust process in managing COVID-19, Well Connected is implementing the following procedures based on guidance from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
- practise physical distancing
- practise good personal hygiene (wash hands often with soap and water, or hand sanitiser and cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use your elbow)
- stay home if unwell and if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms get tested for COVID-19
- use the WA Safe App
- wear a face mask in certain settings
Well Connected will continue to deliver and monitor COVID-19 information. Valued customers and guests of Well Connected and our employees’ safety will always be our top priority.
