Well Connected Business Systems was born in 2007 by Chris Anderson, having sold his previous copier business 3 years prior.
At this point, Chris had over 25 years of experience in the Office Equipment Industry, having started in Edinburgh in 1978 and after running a very successful copier supply business which he later sold to his business partner in 2004.
Initially, Well Connected used the manufacturer’s service division for on-site technical visits, but it became clear that we needed to establish a dedicated service division of our own, subsequently, in 2012 we purchased Stirling Business Machines to provide this.
In 2017 we became a full-service Authorised Konica Minolta Dealer and moved to bigger premises in Balcatta. This allowed us to focus on our customers and own the journey for the life of the copier giving our customers a much better & locally focussed service engagement.
This move prompted our move into clever software solutions to automate business processes and create “paperless” digital workflows.
We now have dedicated personnel on board to customize these solutions and meet customer needs, automating repetitive office tasks which save businesses both time and money.
